OWEGO, N.Y. (WHCU) — The Tioga County Public Health Department has released their annual report for 2023.

Health Director Heather Vroman says it was a year of renewal, resetting, and growth for the department. Last year, Vroman’s office brought back a quality improvement program which helped to streamline operations and resources.

At the end of 2023, Vroman says they created a strategic plan to guide their work for the next several years.
