OWEGO, N.Y. (WHCU) — Authorities in Tioga County are keeping tabs on dangerous drugs.

Officials say ‘Frankenstein’ opioids are trending. The pills are reportedly 20-times stronger than fentanyl.

Another drug going around is called ‘Happy.’ That’s a mix of morphine, fentanyl, and heroin.
