WATKINS GLEN, N.Y. (WHCU) – A Tioga County man has pled guilty to two counts of promoting a sexual performance of a child.

On Thursday, 40-year-old Joshua Maulucci, of Spencer, admitted in Schuyler County Court to possessing and sharing two images depicting child pornography. State Police say they found thousands more on his computer after his arrest in April. Each count of the felony crime carries a maximum sentence of 2 and 1/3 to 7 years. Maulucci’s sentencing is scheduled for January 4, 2024.
