WAVERLY, N.Y. (WHCU) — An independent grocery store in Tioga County is closing. 

The owners of Ted Clark’s Busy Market cite changing grocery market trends as a reason for shutting down. The store in Waverly, which opened over 90 years ago, will close February 29.
