WASHINGTON, D.C. (WHCU) — Congresswoman Claudia Tenney aims to protect unvaccinated workers.
Tenney is reintroducing the Employment Freedom for All Act. The bill would cancel non-compete agreements between employers and workers – who were fired for not getting a COVID-19 shot.
“In these circumstances, not only is it wrong to force workers into making a personal medical decision, it is absolutely irrational to then deny Americans the ability to work elsewhere because of their personal medical decision,” the congresswoman says.
