SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WHCU) — An arrest warrant has been issued for a Syracuse man on a murder charge.

Police say Marley Oselmo will be charged with second degree murder when he’s captured. Syracuse P-D say the 22-year-old shot and killed Kelvonn Godbolt.

Oselmo, who also faces a weapons charge, is considered armed and dangerous.
