WATKINS GLEN, N.Y. (WHCU) – A man who allegedly stole a vehicle last month in Watkins Glen has been charged with felony grand larceny.

Authorities transported 33-year-old Albert Jones, of Millport, from Steuben County Jail to Schuyler County on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, and arrested him. Jones is accused of stealing a pickup truck in the village and evading police in Steuben County, who eventually arrested him in Corning after he crashed the vehicle. Jones was processed in Schuyler County and transported back to Steuben County Jail.
