ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) – A construction project in Ithaca has been delayed.

Due to recent weather, the end date for storm pipe replacement on Tompkins Street will now be February 2. The 200 block of Tompkins will be closed between Utica and Tioga Street from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. through next Friday.
