ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — The suspect in a road rage assault last month in Ithaca is now in police custody.

Sheriff Derek Osborne says Anthony Cruz turned himself in Thursday afternoon. He’s accused of attacking a pregnant woman on June 29.

Authorities believe Cruz, who is charged with assault and criminal mischief, is involved in other road rage cases. Both charges are felonies.
