VIRGIL, N.Y. (WHCU) — A building in Cortland County is continuing its transformation.

Work is winding down on the former Virgil Elementary School. The building is becoming a senior apartment complex and an activities center.

The Cortland Standard reports people are expected to start moving in within the next two months. Developers are finishing up utility work.
