ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — A new bar is coming to Ithaca.

On Tuesday, the city’s Planning and Development Board gave final approval for The Local. It’ll be on Taber Street near The Cherry Arts. The business will also operate as a distillery.

Board Chair Robert Lewis calls the incoming bar a “great project.”
