HOMER, N.Y. (WHCU) -A Philadelphia man is facing charges in Cortland County.

41-year-old Antwan Oliver was arrested Monday, April 10, 2023. In December, Oliver was turned over to Greece PD in Monroe County for a shooting investigation after being located by authorities in Homer. A loaded gun was found in Oliver’s vehicle that was allegedly used in the Greece crime. It was also reported stolen in the state of Georgia.

Oliver is charged with two counts of felony gun possession and one count of possession of stolen property. He is additionally charged with misdemeanors of endangering the welfare of a child and false personation. Oliver is being held in Cortland County Jail on $20,000 cash bail. Oliver will appear in Town of Homer Court at 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 18, 2023.
