OWEGO, N.Y. (WHCU) – A Broome County man has been charged with a crime in Tioga County.

Owego Police arrested 35-year-old Michael Rose, of Endicott, last week after he was found to have a motorcycle that was reported stolen in Johnson City. Rose is charged with felony criminal possession of stolen property. Rose will appear in the Village of Owego Court at a later date.
