OWEGO, N.Y. (WHCU) – The Owego Police Department is asking for help identifying a suspect in a theft investigation.

Authorities say the woman pictured below may have stolen merchandise on Thursday from a business on Front Street. Anyone with information is asked to contact Owego Police at (607)-687-2233.
