Owego PD preparing for Lights on the River Festival

OWEGO, N.Y. (WHCU) — The Lights on the River Festival in Owego is tomorrow, and authorities are getting the public ready.

Owego Police say there’s no parking in the festival area starting at three o’clock tomorrow afternoon so vendors can set up. Lake and Front Streets between Church and Court is closing to all traffic, and any car parked in that area will be towed.

Tomorrow’s festival runs from three until nine o’clock.
