ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — Unseasonably warm weather is colliding…with reality.
The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for Cortland County from 10 o’clock tonight through 7 p.m. Thursday. Lake effect snow is expected to dump several inches.
Also, a high wind advisory takes effect for much of the Southern Tier starting today at two. Between the snow and strong wind gusts, forecasters say be careful driving.
