NEWFIELD, N.Y. (WHCU) — Improvements are coming to the Newfield Central School District’s bus garage.

Superintendent Eric Hartz tells us the work is long overdue.

Another part of the garage is preparing for the addition of three electric buses coming this fall.

All the work is part of the district’s capital project, which was approved last week in an 11-vote margin.
