OWEGO, N.Y. (WHCU) — A Tioga County man faces a long list of charges after a high speed chase in New York and Pennsylvania.

33-year-old Jory Ball was charged with nearly 20 crimes, including six counts of aggravated assault and one count of kidnapping. Authorities say Ball, who lives in Newark Valley, rammed repeatedly into police vehicles who tried getting him to stop.

Once officers arrested Ball, they found instruments often connected to meth. A woman was also allegedly held against her will during the chase early Sunday morning.
