HARFORD, N.Y. (WHCU) — Harford is upgrading its construction machinery.

The Cortland County town recently approved buying a new loader. It’s worth about $235,000. The town is trading in an old loader to cover most of the cost.

Elsewhere in the region, Richford recently purchased a new snow plow.
