CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) — Main Street in Cortland is seeing several projects happening at once.

Storm drainage installation work on part of Court Street has resumed. Parking isn’t allowed on the north side of Court weekdays from seven to five o’clock. The underground utility vault at New York Bagel is still undergoing work, though the breakfast and lunch spot remains open.

There’s also storm sewer work and infrastructure for traffic control and street lighting. City officials say the entire project will be finished by Labor Day.
