LANSING, N.Y. (WHCU) – No reports of injuries after a house fire in Lansing.
Nearly three dozen firefighters and five departments responded to the blaze around 10 p.m. Wednesday. The main body of the fire took nearly an hour and a half to be put out, and crews were on the scene for another two hours for overhaul and hot spots.
The Lansing Fire Department says it was difficult due to the heavy fire, a live electrical wire that had come down in the driveway, and windy, snowy weather with poor visibility.
