ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) – Online voters will decide what their favorite tradition at Cornell University is.

The Most Iconic Cornell Tradition March Madness bracket is in the championship stage, with Cornellians choosing what their favorite tradition was during their time at school. It’s between cheering for Big Red hockey at Lynah Rink and having a late-night snack at Louie’s Hot Truck. Other entries included: dressing completely wrong for the Ithaca weather, trudging to class through snow, eating ice cream at the Dairy Bar, and watching the sunset on Libe Slope.

The bracket was set up by the class of 2007’s Corey Ryan Earle, who also teaches a course on the hill about the history of Cornell. Last year, Earle’s March Madness theme was Greatest Fictional Cornellian. Jacob Jankowski, a character from the novel/movie “Water For Elephants” defeated Tom Wambsgams, of HBO’s “Succession.”

The winner will be declared on Monday.
