WASHINGTON, D.C. (WHCU) — Congress and the Biden Administration are still at odds over the debt ceiling. 

Thursday on Ithaca’s Morning News, Congressman Marc Molinaro told WHCU’s Joe Salzone the answer is simple. 

Molinaro, who is a Republican, says the bill turns the clock back to 2022 spending levels. 

The deadline to reach an agreement is June 1.
