LANSING, N.Y. (WHCU) — A man is dead after a deadly collision in Lansing.

Tompkins County Sheriff Derek Osborne says the unidentified man was riding a motorized skateboard Friday evening when he was hit from behind by a driver. It happened near Warren and Hillcrest Roads.

Deputies say the driver immediately stopped and called 911. The victim was taken to a hospital but died from his injuries.
