ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — Ithaca’s Urban Renewal Agency is considering lending money to a restaurant.

Franco’s Pizzeria recently applied for a $50,000 loan. The money would help pay for rent and utilities at the shop’s new location on West State Street. The agency will review the request on Friday at 8:30 AM.

In other financial news, Tompkins County could see less funding for its rabies program.
