ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — More housing is coming to downtown Ithaca.
Plans for a five-story building on North Meadow Street were approved on Tuesday. Planning Board member Daniel Correa is excited for the development.
“This is an awesome project, it’s going to look great,” he says. “And I think the people that are going to live in it are going to be really happy.”
The building will have 70 units. Some will be dedicated to people experiencing homelessness.
