SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WHCU) – An Ithaca man pleads guilty to federal drug charges in United States District Court.
On Friday, March 24, 2023, 30-year-old Odell Tindley admitted to distributing, and possessing with intent to distribute, controlled substances on May 25, 2021, in Watertown, NY. Tindley distributed 83 grams of cocaine and arranged for delivery of methamphetamine later that same day.
Investigators intercepted a car driven by an associate of Tindley as it entered Watertown that evening. A search of the vehicle turned up 904 grams of meth and approximately a pound of marijuana.
Tindley faces ten years to life in prison at his July 26, 2023, sentencing. He’ll additionally face a fine of up to $10 million dollars and post-imprisonment supervision of five years to life upon his release.
