ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — Part of an Ithaca road will see minor delays on Thursday.

Crews will be repairing pavement in the 100 block of East Seneca Street. Parking will be restricted. The work should wrap up by Thursday evening.

In other traffic news, part of Groton Avenue in Cortland is closed this week.
