ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — Ithaca’s Planning Department is putting the final touches on the downtown plan. 

Nan Rohrer at the Downtown Ithaca Alliance tells us where they’re focusing. 

How will the plan help?

Rohrer says the work, which began before the pandemic, continued last year. Recommendations from the plan will start being revealed to the public March 18.
