ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — A proposed Ithaca apartment building could get final approval tonight.

The site called The Citizen would be on West Buffalo Street. It would be five stories tall and have 80 units. There would also be a parking area and bike storage.

Ithaca’s Planning and Development Board meets at 6 PM tonight to review.
