ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — The Ithaca Police Department’s ranks are growing.

Chief Tom Kelly shared an update Friday on Ithaca’s Morning News.

He says IPD is open for business.

Kelly started as Ithaca’s new police chief last month.
