ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — Spring is underway, and there’s optimism within the Ithaca City School District.
Superintendent Dr. Luvelle Brown says students and faculty are feeling good.
“We’re just happy to be in a space, and sharing a space with one another,” he says. “I would say the engagement levels are high.”
He adds virtual learning during the pandemic did not make people satisfied.
