ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — The Ithaca City School District is looking to the future.

Superintendent Dr. Luvelle Brown tells WHCU about some work that will begin after the holidays.

Brown adds he’s also sensitive to current tax rates, which he plans to address with conversations.

Discussions about the district’s capital plan began last evening at the school board meeting.
