HOMER, N.Y. (WHCU) — A Homer lawmaker wants to build a full-size hockey rink.

Village Trustee Ed Finkbeiner is seeking funding for the project. He says the facility could operate from November to April and serve concessions.

Homer recently closed its ice rink for the season.
