HARFORD, N.Y. (WHCU) — A Cortland County town is ready to spend its remaining COVID-19 relief money.

Officials in Harford say they have about $53,000 left over from the American Rescue Plan. They intend to spend the money on building maintenance.

Earlier this year, the town agreed to buy about $40,000 worth of playground equipment.
