GROTON, N.Y. (WHCU) — An information meeting about a solar project proposal in Lansing and Groton is set for this evening.
It’ll be the second meeting in two days, this time taking place at Groton Town Hall. The Yellow Barn Solar Project is a 160-megawatt project that town officials say would generate enough electricity for over 35-thousand homes.
Tonight’s meeting in Groton is from 7 to 8:30. There was a meeting last night in Lansing.
