CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) — Two road construction projects in Cortland have been redirecting traffic for months. 

The city has paused the Main Street reconstruction for the season. Mayor Scott Steve says the work on Groton Avenue takes a winter break this week. 

Work will begin again early in 2024. 

The Groton Avenue and Main Street projects are scheduled for completion in December 2024.
