CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) — Another road construction project starts this summer in Cortland. 

Mayor Scott Steve tells us the reconstruction of a public parking lot on Groton Avenue begins at the end of June. 

The parking lot work at Hollywood Restaurant should be completed in about four weeks once it begins.
