CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) – Nonprofit organizations will receive grant awards to help preserve affordable housing.

More than $46 million will be used to help low- and moderate-income families make repairs and upgrades to their homes, as well as provide down payment assistance for first-time buyers.
