OVID, N.Y. (WHCU) — Funeral services for a fourth grader killed last week in a car wreck in Seneca County have been announced.

FingerLakes1.com reports services for Ellamae McLaughlin will be held Saturday in Romulus. Authorities say the nine-year-old died from injuries after her mother lost control of their vehicle on State Route 89 last Friday.

An online fundraiser was set up for her family, which has raised more than $11,000.
