DRYDEN, N.Y. (WHCU) — Dryden is discussing a different zoning strategy.

The town’s Affordable and Workforce Housing Committee is looking at eliminating all laws related to manufactured and mobile homes.

Right now, Dryden requires mobile homes to be on concrete pads. Owners see different property taxes based on trailer location.

Talks about potential law changes will continue on Wednesday, November 1.
