ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — A large retail building could be coming to Ithaca.

Developers are proposing to construct a commercial building on South Meadow Street. It would be 7,000 square feet. Ithaca’s Planning and Development Board will talk about the project at 6 PM on Tuesday.

Elsewhere in the area, upgrades could be coming to Cortland Used Cars. The dealership plans to build a new sales and service facility. Cortlandville’s Planning Board meets at 6:30 PM on Tuesday to review.
