CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) — The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office seized drugs with an estimated street value of over $22,000 in a single traffic stop—and made three arrests.
Deputies pulled a vehicle over early Monday morning in Cortlandville. The driver, 37-year-old Eric Seubert, had a suspended license. Officers found 566 bags of fentanyl, about 46 grams of meth, roughly 115 grams of the street drug ‘Molly,’ approximately two grams of xylazine, and assorted other drugs.
Deputies also say 26-year-old passenger Tyler Conkling had an illegal ghost gun. Multiple felony drug charges were filed against all three men, including 36-year-old Adam Simpson. Conkling was also charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon.
