ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) – An Ithaca man is facing drug charges.

Tompkins County Sheriff’s deputies on patrol Sunday night in the city say they witnessed a drug transaction in progress at Chuck’s Mobil gas station on West State Street.  It allegedly happened around 5:45 p.m. They circled back and interviewed the two people in question.

Deputies say 42-year-old Scott Tredeau had meth and heroin on him. Tredeau was arrested and charged with felony criminal sale of a controlled substance and felony criminal possession of a controlled substance. Another man, 59-year-old Henry Spencer, of Ithaca, was charged with misdemeanor possession.
