DANBY, N.Y. (WHCU) — A proposed noise ordinance in Danby remains under consideration. 

Residents can speak out on the proposal during tonight’s town board meeting. The town is looking to curb noises deemed unreasonable, which they describe as an unusually loud sound that interferes with sleep, health, and peace.

The town board and public information session starts at six o’clock tonight.
