CORTLANDVILLE, N.Y. (WHCU) — A new retail development is coming to Cortlandville.

On Tuesday, the Planning Board approved an application for a shopping plaza. It’ll be on Route 281 next to A&W.

Applicant Ammar Obadi tells WHCU construction will start in about three months. The plaza will include up to 10 stores.
