CORTLANDVILLE, N.Y. (WHCU) – A crash in Cortlandville is being investigated.

Authorities were called to Route 281 near the Kinney Gulf Road intersection just before 3 p.m. on Thursday. An SUV exited the roadway and came to rest on the top of a guardrail. Four people suffered minor injuries, and another had to be helped out of the vehicle with assistance from the Cortlandville Fire Department.

The State Police are handling the investigation.
