CORTLANDVILLE, N.Y. (WHCU) — Discussions about a new coffee shop in Cortlandville are returning to town officials.

The Cortland County Planning Board voted Tuesday to approve plans for 7 Brew to build a drive-thru coffee hut on three acres of land near the intersection of Route 13 and Lime Hollow Road. However, the county planning board also decided that Cortlandville’s planning board needs to approve their 15 recommendations. They include a traffic study for an estimated 600 vehicles coming in and out and complying with local noise laws.

The Cortlandville Planning Board has their next meeting on June 4.
