CORTLANDVILLE, N.Y. (WHCU) – A Cortland woman has been charged after a 7-month investigation.
The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office received a theft complaint from Walmart in Cortlandville on January 9, 2023, alleging 34-year-old Daniella Dellow had stolen items from the store. Investigators say Dellow switched barcodes on products at the store five times in November and December last year. Dellow was arrested Wednesday, July 5, 2023, and charged with five counts of felony falsifying business records and five counts of petit larceny. Dellow is scheduled to appear in Cortlandville Town Court at 11:30 a.m. on July 12, 2023.
