CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) -The City of Cortland Police Department is asking for the public’s help.

They’re trying to identify a person they say could be responsible for damaging property at the Cortland Housing Authority on Church Street.  Anyone who recognizes the individual pictured below or has information is asked to contact Cortland Police at (607) 758-8307.
